After a 20-year career in healthcare, she transitioned to insurance in 2018—drawn to the opportunity to continue serving people in a meaningful way—and launched AOG Group, welcoming the agency’s first clients in March 2019. An Indianapolis native and Carmel resident since 2009, she blends local insight with a heart for service. Her approach is relationship-focused: listening first, explaining coverage in clear terms, and helping clients feel confident that their homes, vehicles, and financial futures are well protected. She specializes in personal lines and financial services, including life insurance and retirement planning.

Outside the office, Denette enjoys time outdoors—boating, biking, hiking, and traveling—and cheering on her 12-year-old daughter in her many passions, from singing and acting to hockey and volleyball. She’s committed to nurturing a healthy mind, body, and soul for herself, her family, her team, and the community. Lee is a licensed agent at AOG Group with Allstate, where he’s spent more than six years helping clients protect what matters most. An Indianapolis-area resident for 26 years—and a proud Brownsburg neighbor for the past nine—he brings a local’s perspective to every conversation. Outside the office, Lee enjoys music, art, martial arts, and football. He’s been married for 10 years and is a proud dad to his 8-year-old son, Landon. Elizabeth is a proud Indianapolis native and Carmel High School alumna (Class of 2002) who now calls Fishers home. Passionate about health and fitness, she’s an active member of her local YMCA and loves being outdoors with her two sons—whether that’s running local trails, spending time on the water, or enjoying live music around town.

He joined AOG Group with Allstate in 2025 after more than three years in the insurance industry, bringing a well-rounded perspective and a calm, client-first approach. Having lived in China and Mexico, he’s comfortable working across cultures and is fluent in Spanish—making it easier for more families to get clear, confident guidance. Clients appreciate how he explains coverage in plain language, tailors solutions to real-life needs, and stays responsive when it matters most.

Outside the office, he enjoys following Formula 1, traveling in and out of the U.S., and getting outside with his two dogs—Rhea (a Doberman) and Chico (a Kokoni). He and his wife, Carla, live in Carmel and enjoy a growing family with four children and one grandchild. Outside the office, he also manages a rental property and a grain farm in Jay County, Indiana—hands-on experience that keeps him grounded in the realities of running a business and planning for the future.

Faviola brings a deeply personal perspective to helping clients protect what they’ve worked hard to build. As the daughter of immigrant parents, she grew up seeing firsthand the determination, sacrifice, faith, and resilience required to create a better future. Those experiences shaped her strong work ethic and her commitment to helping families make informed, confident insurance decisions. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Faviola enjoys serving clients from diverse backgrounds and takes pride in making insurance clear, approachable, and easy to understand. Whether someone is buying a first home, growing a family, or building a business, her goal is to provide knowledgeable guidance, dependable service, and protection designed around each client’s unique needs.

Outside the office, Faviola enjoys an active and adventurous life with her son, Daven Jr. Together, they love camping with family, visiting waterparks, hiking scenic trails, and exploring rivers, lakes, and waterfalls. She also has a passion for music and dance, including West Coast Swing, hip-hop, and Latin dancing. For Faviola, both personally and professionally, life is about embracing new experiences, building meaningful relationships, and approaching each day with purpose, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others.

Michelle brings more than 15 years of experience in personal lines insurance to AOG Group with Allstate. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for providing knowledgeable guidance, attentive service, and a genuinely caring approach to helping clients protect what matters most. She values building lasting relationships and takes pride in making insurance easier to understand so clients can feel confident in the coverage decisions they make.

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, riding motorcycles with her husband, and making memories with family and friends. Whether she’s relaxing around the pool or exploring somewhere new, she values quality time with the people closest to her.
